Good Stewards is operated by Grace
E Solas PMP and
offers project management, consulting and leadership development and training
services. Grace is a Project
Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in financial services
and project management. She has worked in both the Jamaican banking sector
and with the global credit union movement. Grace is also certified in Program
and Portfolio Management, holds the designation of Certified Public
Accountant (not in public practice) and a Bachelor of Science (Accounting)
degree. As an active member
of the Project
Management Institute which is the global authority for the profession,
Grace has been successful in: project management; strategic planning; set
up of second-tier financial service operations; development, procurement and
implementation of software applications; product development; training;
business process re-engineering; and business continuity planning. Grace has been a
member of various lobby and negotiating teams on behalf of the Jamaican
banking sector, and the local and regional credit union movement and has
conducted and participated in various studies. She has also been a member of
a task force of the PMI
for
the improvement of the Project Management profession. She is a creative
thinker and inspired team leader with a passion for improving business
efficiency, productivity and profitability; building productivity tools;
gaining and transferring knowledge; and conflict resolution. Grace is called to preach
and teach the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ. |
